In less than 10 years, the Pavletić company has grown from a small family business with two employees into a leader in the area of direct sales of products for good sleep and today numbers 120 employees in the entire group.

Pavletić creates added value by developing new products, exporting throughout the world, constant innovations, recognizing new business opportunities and setting market trends, as well as by recognizing and developing human resources. Also of utmost importance to the company is corporate social responsibility. Bearing witness to this fact is the over HRK 1,500,000.00 donated to various institutions in need of support (hospitals, children’s homes, Caritas charity), as well as individual children with special needs.

1. Bearing in mind that everyone in the world needs good and quality sleep, Pavletić has invented a unique product on the global market - BIOCRYSTAL® - the first and only mattress pad in the world with a special crystal structure that helps improve the general state of the body and regenerates it, balances energy and has an anti-stress effect. Renowned doctor Vlasta Brozičević uses BioCrystal® in Terme Selce Polyclinic for her patients.
2. Following global trends, where the use of magnetic horse blankets has been totally banned in some countries, and the ban is slowly spreading to the rest of the world, Pavletić has come up with the crystal therapy horse blanket – EQUICRYSTAL, recommended by Zoltan Lazar, world champion in four hand driving, and by Marc Boes, member of the Belgian national team and one of the best European jockeys. This same product had its premiere showing at the fair in Cologne as the only representative from Croatia!
3. Listening to the market and encouraged by the excellent reactions to its new products, Pavletić has embarked on the development of new product lines - BioCrystal Home, BioCrystal Professional, BioCrystal Beauty & Wellness and BioCrystal Sport. Also being tested is BioCrystal Canine, the first dog blanket with a crystal structure.
Interest for product lines with crystals has spread throughout the world, and so an exclusive agreement was signed for the distribution of the entire range in the USA with a company from Florida, headed by former handball national team player Iztok Puc. Also, an agreement was signed for sales of our products on the markets of Germany and Austria, while in the signing phase are general agency agreements for France, Belgium, Monaco, as well as for India and Dubai (UAE). The company also exports to Serbia.
As part of its in-house program, training sessions for sales staff and heads of sales constantly take place, held by internal and external trainers.
After the Management Development Center was held, whose goal was to assess the potentials of managers with the purpose of identifying their strengths, as well as areas in need of improvement concerning leadership and management, the Pavletić Management Academy was formed, as part of which managers are taught the latest leadership techniques. The program combines the latest knowledge from the area of psychological and business theory and practice, with an emphasis on leadership and NLP skills.
Pavletić always takes care of its employees and their motivation. In doing so, the techniques of best global practice are implemented, which have proven to be the winning combination in creating a wonderful team spirit, in which each individual has the opportunity to develop their potentials and to achieve professional goals. Some of the larger projects planned and realized in the past year are two team building events: a three-day trip to Munich and the castles of Bavaria, as well as a two-day team building event on the Una River. Besides projects that have the goal of strengthening team spirit and cooperation among employees, major emphasis is placed on continuous and intensive activities with all employees, in which the following values are nurtured:

As already mentioned, in the past 10 years, Pavletić has donated over HRK 1,500,00.00 in value to hospitals, children’s homes, Caritas charity, and to individual children with special needs. Also, Pavletić employees themselves set aside a part of their monthly earnings, donating several times a year the collected proceeds to hospitals, schools or some other institution. In this manner, in the past year, the apartment for children and parents in Kantrida Children’s Hospital in Rijeka was equipped and furnished, and this summer we decided to join the Solidarity for Vukovar project, enabling a week’s summer holiday on the Adriatic coast to the youngest inhabitants of Vukovar. The children from underprivileged families who had never had the opportunity to spend time on the sea until now were aged from 10 to 12 years old.
