What must you pay attention to when buying at presentations?

DURING THE PRESENTATION

You do not have to pay an advance at our presentations. You should pay for the goods on delivery.

Make sure that the goods presented to you are the same as the ones you bought.
Feel the material, ask for the certificates! Make sure that what you hear at the presentation matches the certificate and the prescribed declaration.

The official Croatian currency is the kuna – do not sign any contracts with the price given in euros!

Pay attention to the prices; ask for the price list at the presentation!

If you are informed of having won a prize – a free trip – pay attention to whether or not they will mention your travel expenses. Ask for a detailed account of their expenses, as well as yours.

If you participate in a prize draw, try to find out what kind of a prize draw it is (these days the Internet is the best source of such information).
You should also check whether the prize draw is registered and approved by the Ministry of Finance.

A buyer at a presentation has the right to pull out within 14 days of signing the contract, and the staff at the presentation are obliged to warn you about this. Nevertheless, we advise you against signing any contract that you know in advance you will not be able to carry out.

Pay attention to massage equipment and the like. Listen carefully and ask that all the contradictory characteristics of the product be presented to you! This is definitely the most important information you need to have before deciding whether or not to buy a product.

AFTER THE DELIVERY OF GOODS

Ask for valid Croatian certificates for every electrically operated product, as well as information about an organized servicing network.

The instruction manual and the guarantee must be delivered with the goods! Without these documents, you are not obliged to buy the products.

Make sure that the products delivered to you have a valid declaration, and that it is in a visible place.

If the content of the products delivered to you is not clear to you even upon hearing the presentation, you have the right to ask for a detailed explanation and the deliveryperson is obliged to offer you one.
